Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will not incur any charges.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night.

No Show

Guests who fail to arrive without cancellation will be charged the full stay amount.

Liability

The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their belongings.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Follow all hotel rules
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Not cause excessive noise or disturbance
• Not smoke in non-designated areas

Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
