• Reservation and Payment

• You can make online reservations through our website or partner companies.

• For reservations made by phone, 50% of the total fee is required as a down payment. The remaining amount is paid at check-in.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, cash and money order.

• Cancellation and Change Policy

• For cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date, the prepayment will be refunded.

• For cancellations less than 7 days in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable.

• Date changes can be made subject to availability.

• Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in time: 13:00

• Check-out time: 11:00

• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and are subject to additional fees.

• Pets and Children Policy

• Our hotel does not accept pets.

• Child guests up to the age of 15 can stay free of charge.

• Room and Visitor Policy

• Guests other than those who have made a reservation are not allowed in the rooms.

• Guests responsible for damages occurring in common areas or rooms will be charged a fee.

• We recommend that you keep your valuables in the room safe. Our hotel does not accept responsibility for lost items.

• Smoking and Alcohol Use

• Smoking is prohibited in closed areas. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.

• Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the common areas of our hotel.

• Privacy Policy

• Your guest information will not be shared with third parties except for legal regulations.

• Force Majeure

• We reserve the right to cancel or change the reservation due to force majeure such as natural disaster or epidemic.
